01Introduction
These Beta Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JEDI beta service (“JEDI”, “Service”), provided by Atex Media Limited (“Atex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
02Beta Service
JEDI is currently provided as a beta (preview) service.
The Service is made available for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes and may contain errors, defects, or incomplete functionality. Atex may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you access the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
04User Account
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activities performed through your account;
- keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
You must notify Atex promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content;
- use the Service to infringe the rights of others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
06User Content
You retain ownership of any content, prompts, documents, data, or materials that you submit to the Service (“User Content”).
You grant Atex a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service during the beta period.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content to the Service.
07AI-Generated Output
JEDI may generate content, recommendations, summaries, analyses, or other outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading;
- output should be reviewed before being relied upon;
- Atex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output generated by the Service.
The Service is provided as an assistive tool and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, regulatory, medical, or other professional decisions.
08Confidential and Personal Information
You should not submit:
- confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose;
- special category personal data under the GDPR;
- sensitive information unless necessary and lawfully permitted.
You remain responsible for determining what data is appropriate to submit to the Service.
09Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, comments, bug reports, or other feedback provided in relation to the Service may be used by Atex without restriction or compensation.
10Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Atex Privacy Policy.

11No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
Atex does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ATEX’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
13Suspension and Termination
Atex may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- the beta programme ends;
- continued access would pose a security, legal, or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14Changes to These Terms
Atex may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective when published on the Service or otherwise communicated to users. Continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
